Installation views, Cockatoo Island

A wall of cast salt fills one of the exit doorways on Cockatoo Island Sydney. The work crystallizes grows and weeps with the changing humidity. Water vapour from the air is absorbed by the salt and slowly trickles down the surface of the salt wall into the steel tray below. Shadows of viewers are multiplied and reflected onto the salt.
